At Enable Trust, we are committed to safeguarding the privacy and data protection rights of all our pupils, parents, and staff. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we ensure that any personal data we collect is:

2. Data Minimisation: We only collect data that is relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which it is processed.

4. Storage Limitation: Personal data is kept only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
5. Integrity and Confidentiality: We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction, or damage.
